Cancellation and Refund

• There would be no refund on the rental subscription. If the customer wants the refund for the hardware already installed in the vehicle, the following charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer: Wiring set-500 INR, Sim card- 500 INR and Unistallation charges -500 INR.
• Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and notify you of the return and the refund status. If your refund is approved we will initiate the refund amount to the original method of payment.
  . Any refund cancellation sought by customer will be made within 7days of receipt only  500 INR Service charges applicable on reinstallation of any device.
• No claim on burn, broken, and wire cutting.
